I'm a mom, a wife, and I have a "regular" job with way too many overtime hours. And that's what fuels my passion for fitness and pushing my body to the limit.

I don't make excuses.

I grind.

I strive to be the best version of myself every day.

I've found my strength.

And now I'm here to help you find yours.

MY STORY

 

I was 33 years old when my health turned against me. What did I expect? I was obese. I went to the doctor and without hesitation he told me, “Susana, if you don’t lose weight, there is a good chance that you will die of a heart attack.”

In that very second all I could think about were my kids. And that’s when I decided, “I have to do something about this.”

And I had no idea how powerful this decision was about to become. I was about to change my entire life.
